For the expansion of our subsidiary in the United Kingdom we are looking for the following professional profile:

Technical Support Engineer

Job description:

1. Provide technical support to customers, handling product enquiries and cross-referencing requests promptly and professionally.
2. Assist both the internal and external sales teams with their technical requirements, contributing to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
3. Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the full Metal Work product range, including features, benefits, options and applications.
4. Navigate company websites and use relevant software tools (SAP, CRM, Microsoft Office suite) to manage and respond to customer requests.
5. Represent Metal Work Pneumatic UK Ltd in a professional manner across all customer interactions, both written and verbal.
6. Maintain clear and effective communication with all internal departments.
7. Follow and uphold company procedures and standards.
8. Undertake special projects or additional tasks as required by the department.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Good organisational, planning and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems and make sound decisions independently.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and sense of responsibility.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of colleagues and customers.
• Proficiency in IT tools including SAP, CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Punctual, reliable and able to actively participate in team activities.
• CAD and/or electrical qualifications are considered a significant advantage for career progression within this role.
