For the expansion of our subsidiary in Sweden we are looking for a driven and self-motivated individual for a varied role covering order handling, internal sales, marketing, and coordination. The position is suited for someone who enjoys a central role with many points of contact and who wants to act as a key link between sales, marketing, and operations.

About the role

The position includes several areas of responsibility, contributing to efficient workflows, sales support, and the company’s marketing and visibility activities.

Area split (approx.):

• Marketing: 20–30%
• Order handling & internal sales: approx. 30%
• Coordination & other tasks: 40–50%

Main responsibilities

• Order handling & internal sales
• Receive and register customer orders
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and technical inquiries
• Support sales activities through follow-ups and active customer dialogue

Marketing

• Support the planning and execution of marketing activities and campaigns
• Create and manage basic content for digital channels (social media, newsletters)
• Contribute ideas to strengthen the brand and customer communication

Coordination & events

• Plan and coordinate trade fairs, customer events, and activities (e.g. golf tournaments)
• Ensure smooth execution of all practical arrangements
• Act as an internal coordinator between different functions within the organization

Other

• Handle administrative tasks related to the business
• Provide support where needed in day-to-day operations
