To strengthen our team dedicated to continuous improvement we are looking for a:

Continuous Improvement Specialist 

Job Description:

1. Contribute to the development of process improvement projects; 
2. Support line operators in highlighting issues related to the organization;
3. Analyze material flow through process mapping;
4. Coordinate continuous improvement programs using Kaizen methodology.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in engineering and interest in the productive field;
• Some years of experience in a similar role;
• Ability to work independently or in a team;
• Spirit of initiative and excellent communication and relational skills;
• Adaptability and flexibility.
