Product innovation, a policy focusing on the customer’s actual requirements, and the implementation of Total Quality Management and Lean Organisation must enable Metal Work and the member companies to achieve a leading role in industrial pneumatics and automa-tion. Metal Work and the member companies are committed to meeting the customers’ and market needs and coming up to their expectations. Management has drawn up the following general principles to enable the group to achieve this objective. Perform regular market surveys leading to product development. Achieve the Quality demanded by customers and the market, and meet customers’ and legal requirements. Maintain product leadership through continuous improvement in Quality. Involve all personnel in pursuing the Quality objectives through development of a training programme and Quality awareness activities at all company levels. Involve suppliers and partners in a process of continual co-operation and growth. Ensure management transparency and availability of documentation and data record. Perform periodic reviews of the Quality objectives and the Quality Management System to ensure improved efficiency and continuing compliance.
