We are looking for a:

Sales Administration

to join our team for growth and strengthening.

Location: Tangerang – Banten (BSD area)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including sample product management
  2. Prepare and manage sales documentation
  3. Issue quotations and handle order processing (invoices, tax documents, delivery notes, etc.)
  4. Monitor accounts receivable and support payment collection activities
  5. Maintain and review stock data in the warehouse and ERP system
  6. Support inventory checks and stock counting activities with warehouse staff
  7. Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
  8. Manage periodic stock opname activities (monthly and yearly)

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related fields from a reputable university
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative/back-office role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with ERP systems is considered a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
