We are looking for a:
Sales Administration
to join our team for growth and strengthening.
Location: Tangerang – Banten (BSD area)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including sample product management
- Prepare and manage sales documentation
- Issue quotations and handle order processing (invoices, tax documents, delivery notes, etc.)
- Monitor accounts receivable and support payment collection activities
- Maintain and review stock data in the warehouse and ERP system
- Support inventory checks and stock counting activities with warehouse staff
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
- Manage periodic stock opname activities (monthly and yearly)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related fields from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative/back-office role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems is considered a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
