Metal Work S.p.A. - Concesio - Payroll Specialist - Rif.: MW092025

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our HR team, with responsibilities focused on personnel administration for the Group’s Italian companies.

Key responsibilities:

1. Attendance tracking and daily time management;
2. Payroll processing and social contribution calculations;
3. Periodic filings (Uniemens, F24) and annual obligations (CU, 770, 730, INAIL self-assessment);
4. Communication and liaison with public bodies and authorities (Employment Office, INPS, INAIL, Italian Revenue Agency);
5. Management of personnel-related administrative procedures;
6. Employee support for payroll-related questions and clarifications;
7. Preparation of regular reports for personnel cost monitoring and analysis.

Requirements:

• Diploma in a technical/administrative field (a higher degree will be considered a plus);
• Solid experience (at least 5 years) in a similar role within professional firms and/or structured companies;
• Knowledge of the main national collective labor agreements (particularly Metalworkers and Commerce);
• Proficiency in HR and payroll management software (experience with Infinity Zucchetti will be considered a strong advantage);
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Motivation, discretion, and a quality-oriented mindset.

Organizational placement:
The role reports to the Head of Personnel Administration and will work closely with the HR Director.
