Metal Work has received two important recognitions from Confindustria for 2025, confirming the company’s commitment to education, training and collaboration with the academic system.

The ITS Academy BITS Award 2025 was granted in recognition of the strong partnerships developed with ITS institutes, through the sharing of expertise, resources and concrete opportunities aimed at supporting the employability of younger generations.

The BAQ – Quality Work-Based Learning Award 2025 acknowledges the value of the activities carried out within school-to-work pathways, with a specific focus on “on-the-job” training and the development of technical and professional skills that can be directly applied in the workplace.

These recognitions highlight Metal Work’s continued focus on people development and on strengthening the link between industry, education and the local area.
